Section 8—Conduct of accused—Relevancy—What is most critical in the chain of circumstances is the post event conduct of the appellant on various counts which is considered and admissible under Section 8 of the Evidence Act if it has close nexus with a fact in issue or relevant fact and to show criminality of the intent of the accused.
