Section 138—Dishonour of cheque—Petition to quash complaint and summoning order on ground of limitation—Complaint was filed within the prescribed period, from the date on which the cause of action arose, and accordingly the court concerned would be within its right to take cognizance of offence, as provided under Section 142 of the Act—Conditions precedent to constitute an offence, as prescribed under Section 138 of the NI Act, are satisfied—Summoning order cannot be faulted on ground of limitation—Petition dismissed.
