Release of permanent commissioned officer from military nursing service on ground that she had got married—Legality of—Terminating employment because woman officer has got married is a coarse case of gender discrimination and inequality—Armed Forces Tribunal rightly declared that release of respondent from the military nursing service was wrong and illegal—Appellant directed to pay compensation of rupees sixty lakhs to the respondent for full and final settlement of her all claims.
