Section 34—Application for setting aside arbitral award—Copy of impugned award was not filed along with original petition and was filed only after the maximum condonable period of delay—Non-filing of the award is in itself a fatal defect—Admitted position that original filing in the petition was without a copy of the award, the only possible conclusion is that original filing was non-est—Petition under Section 34 of the Act is therefore barred by limitation and dismissed.
