Section 24—Power to transfer the suit in relation to a commercial dispute of a specified value—Commercial Court, constituted under Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, would be a court subordinate to the High Court—There is no reason to exclude the applicability of Section 24 of the CPC to a suit in relation to a commercial dispute of a specified value—Power under Section 24 of the CPC to transfer the suit, is not available to the District and Sessions Judge—High Court, under Section 24 of the CPC, has power to transfer the suit to the court of competent jurisdiction.
