Sections 13(1)(ia) & 13(1)(ib)—Dissolution of marriage on ground of cruelty and desertion—Appeal—Careless and callous attitude of wife—Parties are residing for more than 50 years separately—Conduct on part of wife led the court to believe that none of versions has been rebutted by her—Many years of separation and her own steps towards judicial separation are very clear indication of relationship existing under the law and not in essence from a long time—Longer separation of spouses amounts to cruelty—Decree of divorce passed by court concerned is not in any manner interfered with—Husband directed to pay Rs. 2,50,000 to the wife towards medical exigencies.
