Joint venture agreement for development of land and construction of flats—Liability of land-owners—Appellants executed irrevocable Power of Attorney in favour of second respondent with regard to land in question—Second respondent on the basis of said document, entered into the sale agreements with respondents-complainants for the units in question—Appellants were bound by the acts/deeds of the second respondent carried out pursuant to the irrevocable Power of Attorney till it was terminated, in accordance with law—Even the appellants have not taken any action whatsoever against the second respondent with regard to the alleged non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the JVA by the said respondent—Landowners held liable for the acts of second respondent—Appeal dismissed.
