Section 439—Interim bail for solemnization of marriage—Applicant, aged 24 years, convicted under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and stated to have undergone an actual sentence of four years—Application allowed and applicant is granted interim bail for a period of four days subject to his furnishing requisite bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
