Section 389—Grant of bail—Murder convict—Criminal miscellaneous petition has been preferred by appellant seeking bail in criminal appeal—It is submitted that the appellant has been in jail for last thirteen years and similar placed appellants have already been granted relief of bail—Fact that co-accused have already been granted relief of bail, at this stage, the appellant is also entitled to the relief of bail during the pendency of these appeals before the Apex Court subject to the conditions to be imposed by the Sessions Court—Bail granted.
