Section 439—Regular bail—Rejection by High Court—Special leave petition—Petitioner is in custody for last one year in connection with FIR for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC read with Sections 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act—Petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of three weeks on account of his medical condition—Investigation has been completed and the trial is yet to commence—Petitioner ordered to be released on bail on furnishing the suitable bail bonds and sureties and on such other terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the trial court—Special leave petition allowed.
