Section 438—Anticipatory bail—Cheating and forgery—Rejection of bail application by High Court—Appeal—Appellants are accused committing offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477A read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act—Considering that the appellants have been cooperating with investigation and they being only the family members of the main accused who is under incarceration, the impugned order set aside—Appellants are granted anticipatory bail on terms and conditions which are to the satisfaction of the trial court—Appeals allowed.
