Section 439—Cancellation of bail—Rejection of—Only allegation against opposite parties is that they have violated the terms and conditions of the mediation—Violation of terms and conditions of compromise cannot be aground for cancellation of bail—No illegality committed by court below by rejecting prayer for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite parties—Petition dismissed.
