Section 16—Legality of adoption deed—Presumption—No independent proceeding took place for challenging the adoption deed and without recording reasons, both the courts below on the basis of assumption, have come to the conclusion that the adoption deed is suspicious in nature—Impugned orders are unjustified and non-sustainable in the eyes of law, thus, the same are liable to be set aside.
