Section 466—Making a false document—Petition to quash summoning order—Allegations of informant that applicant had been filed before the Maintenance Court the statement of account of ICICI Bank which did not reflect the true entries as per the original statement of account of bank—Once any act is done fraudulently, the injury may also arise in the mind or reputation of an individual, therefore, the question of nature of injury is a matter of evidence or interference drawn from proved facts—At the stage of process of issuing process, the Magistrate is mainly concerned with the allegations made in the FIR or the material in support of the same—FIR and material in support of the allegations, do constitute a prima facie case against the applicant for issuance of summons in view of the facts, circumstances and reasons stated in the case—Petition dismissed.
