Section 7(1)—Jurisdiction of Family Court to entertain application filed under Section 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act—Marriage between parties stands dissolved by a decree—Property referred in the application is not only the Istridhan, but application has been filed for return of property/Istridhan, gifts and other articles, which may belong jointly to both the husband and the wife or may be belonging to the wife—Family Court has jurisdiction to entertain, adjudicate and decided a petition/application with respect to dispute of property between the parties to the marriage, with respect to the property belonging to both or either of them.
