Section 439—Bail—Denial by High Court—Appeal—Several co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the Apex Court—Since the appellants stand on same footing, the bail granted to the them on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the Apex Court in the order whereby co-accused were released on bail—Impugned order passed by the High Court stand set aside—Appeal allowed.
