Section 439—Bail—Case under NDPS Act—Having regard to facts and circumstances of the present case and the period of custody undergone by the appellant, it is directed that the appellant shall be released on bail during the pendency of the prosecution/trial in NDPS Special case before the City Civil and Sessions Court, for the offence(s) punishable under Section 8(c) read with Sections 27, 27A, 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act, on terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial court—Appeal allowed.
