Section 13(1)(ia)—Divorce on ground of cruelty—Rejection of application filed by husband—Appeal—Parting away the ornaments by pledging without knowledge of husband, which were meant for marriage of daughter and further unsubstantiated allegations leveled by the wife, assassinating the character of the spouse/husband would amount to a mental cruelty to husband—Marriage deserves to be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground stated in Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act—Appeal allowed.
