Section 439—Bail—Rape case—Plea of false implication—Submission that petitioner is being blackmailed by victim and present case is an example of honey trap and has provided details of three UPI transactions allegedly done by son of petitioner in the account of one—Status report revealed that alleged friends of prosecutrix negotiated for manipulating the statement of prosecutrix to be recorded before the MM under Section 164 of CrPC—Money was transferred but no favour was given in the statement as they demanded more money in the court that was not given to them—Investigation has already been completed and trial may take a long time—Bail granted.
