Section 19—Return of petition on ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction—Appeal—Family Court has held that since the marriage was solemnized in Noida the petition would not be maintainable in the courts at Delhi—Respondent-wife resided in Delhi and both the parties have last resided together as husband and wife at Delhi—Family Court has erred in returning petition on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction—Impugned order set aside—Appeal allowed.
