Section 498A—Dowry demand and harassment—Proof—Deceased had died within four months of her marriage and appellants have already been acquitted of charges for offence punishable under Section 304B of IPC—Prosecution has proved by consistent testimonies of the witnesses that deceased was being harassed, abused, beaten and coerced to meet their unlawful demand for being given motorcycle and rupees ten thousand and thereafter harassing and troubling her as well as coercing her persistently to transfer the motorcycle and rupees ten thousand which were in her name to them—Same will be covered under clause (b) of explanation to Section 498A of IPC—Discrepancies pointed out by appellants are not significant—No error committed by trial court in convicting appellants for committing offence punishable under Section 498A of IPC—Appeal dismissed.
