Section 439—Bail—Cheating and forgery—FIR registered under Section 408/420/467/468/471/120B of IPC—Allegation of diversion of business and funds of complainant company by taking away its clientele by misrepresentation and forgery—Petitioner is a senior citizen of 67 years of age and has fully cooperated during the investigation—Evidence is documentary in nature and has been comprehensively supplied by complainant company through its multiple representations to the IO—Charge-sheet has now been filed and cognizance has been taken and as per the investigation agency, the investigation is complete as regards the petitioner—Trial in matter is likely to take some time and it would not be prudent to keep the petitioner behind bars for an indefinite period—Fit case found for grant of bail to petitioner—Petitioner directed to be enlarged on bail—Application allowed.
