Article 226—Writ—Petition for release of murder convict on parole—Ground of daughter’s marriage—Petitioner has remained incarcerated for over twelve years and his jail conduct also found to be satisfactory—Petitioner was released for 15 days in the year 2016 and no untoward incident was reported with regard to his conduct during the period of his release—State directed to release petitioner on parole for a period of thirty days—Petition allowed.
