Mutation—Order directing authorities to mutate the names of legal representatives of deceased—Challenged—Application filed by the petitioner for mutation on the basis of Will was not maintainable before the revenue authorities—Only option available to the petitioner is to approach the Civil Court for declaration of his title on the basis of Will—If the legal representatives mentioned in category No. 1, 2, 3 of the Class II heirs are available, then person mentioned in category No. 4 of Class II heir would not get anything—Additional Commissioner did not commit any mistake by setting aside the order passed by the Tahsildar and rightly directed the authorities to mutate the names of legal representatives of deceased—Petition dismissed.
