Sections 2(b) & 20(1)(d)—Maintenance to male children who attained majority—Entitlement—When Section 20(1)(d) enables only children to claim maintenance, the said provision certainly is controlled by a definition of “child” contained in Section 2(b) of the Domestic Violence Act—Male child who has attained majority is not entitled to claim maintenance from his father.
